Things that happened this week--

Issac Hayes dies, the Bejing Olympics started, Russia's invading somewhere, August is cold in NYC. Our book keeper returns from vacation.

- Created a system and file folders for all banking/finance paperwork. Color coded and clear.
- competed search and sent all requested back-up to Jonathan Rose (Fortune)
- printed labels for Cassie's filing system
- updated shared contact database in Outlook with all present employee information
- created new employee files for new architect
- work with Mark on AIA contract for Westchester 0716
- file and organize per Rick's requests
- update contacts/vendors in data base per Dawne's request
- track and compare invoices in master file with one's in job file, organize according to invoice number.
- Create new contract files and label accordingly, organize and create subcontractor files
- contact GG group regarding search engine in outlook shared contact--not working
- Create hardcopy filing system for all office logs
- Went through all visa receipts for the year, organized them according to their respective statements and then created files for each moth of the year. We are getting organized!
